PLAN OF ACTION:
Weigh every Tuesday at the same time, and post percentage of unhealthiness that you have accomplished to get rid of.
Post percentage on this blogspot for all to admire.
Be proud of your accomplishments.
Feel free to post feelings, struggles, and concerns. Or just call and talk to one of us.
Put $5 bucks in the "pot" every week. The person with the highest percentage every week will get half of the pot. The other
half will be put in the "GRAND POT" and given to the Ultimate One who has gotten rid of the highest percentage of weight.
Challenge will be running from February 3rd to May 5th

subtract current weeks weight from previous weeks weight (e.g. 200 lbs - 195 lbs = 5)
divide by previous weeks weight (e.g. 5 lbs/ 200 lbs =2.5%)
